Retail Booth Renewal Application
Event Dates: February 12 – March 1, 2026
This application is for vendors who participated in the 2025 San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo and wish to request booth space for the 2026 event. If you did not have a booth in 2025, please complete the New Retail Vendor Application instead.
Please note: Submitting this application does not guarantee booth space.

What to Expect:
All applicants will receive a written notice of acceptance or denial by September 15, 2025. Vendors who are accepted will receive an official email invitation, a summary of basic rules, and a digital License Agreement via DocuSign.
To confirm your booth, a signed License Agreement and 25% deposit are due by October 15, 2025. The remaining balance must be paid in full by December 15, 2025.
Failure to meet these deadlines may result in late fees or forfeiture of booth space and deposit.
