Retail Booth Renewal Application

Event Dates: February 11 – February 28, 2027

This application is for vendors who participated in the 2026 San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo and wish to request booth space for the 2027 event. If you did not have a booth in 2026, please complete the New Retail Vendor Application instead, it will become available June 16th.

Key Dates:

Returning Vendor Applications due: June 15, 2026

Applications received after the deadline will be treated as new vendor applications and will not be given renewal priority.

What to Expect:

All applicants will receive a written notice of acceptance or denial by September 15, 2026.
Vendors who are accepted will receive an official email invitation, a summary of basic rules, and a digital License Agreement.

To confirm your booth, a signed License Agreement and 25% deposit are due by October 15, 2026.
The remaining balance must be paid in full by December 15, 2026.

Failure to meet these deadlines may result in late fees or forfeiture of booth space and deposit.

Booth Fee Includes:

Retail Space
15 Amp electrical outlet (2 plugs)
Basic liability insurance
Parking passes and grounds credentials (number of each dependent on booth size)
