Scholarship Information

Our organization is a donor and does not participate in the selection of scholarship applicants. Students who wish to apply for San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo scholarships through organizations such as 4-H, FFA and major colleges and universities throughout the state of Texas must meet certain criteria which may include the following: be a Texas resident; graduate from a Texas High School; attend an accredited Texas college or university. Our Educational Partners, represented by the various colleges and universities that we align with across the state, are an intrinsic component of our educational commitment.

Current Scholars

As a scholarship recipient you are at the heart of our organization, and we welcome you to our Rodeo family! We commend you on your accomplishments in order to receive this honor.

Scholars are responsible for maintaining contact with the Scholarship Department each semester with an educational update and transcript submission. No scholarships payments will be processed until a transcript has been received and reviewed per the Scholarship Requirements & Criteria. Each scholarship has a minimum GPA and hours requirement which recipients must maintain on a per semester basis.


Transcript Submission Timeline

Scholarship recipients must submit an unofficial transcript for review at the end of each semester. The transcript can be unofficial and submitted via e-mail. Below are the recommended deadlines for submission in order for timely processing.

Fall Semester – September 30

Spring Semester – February 1

Summer Semester – June 30
