The San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo is committed to broadening its educational and philanthropic influence on the community and has established The San Antonio Cowgirl Cavvietta—a leadership development program with an emphasis on community outreach to recognize resilience of young women and the opportunity to celebrate the values within western culture.

Who Can Apply?
Each candidate must express a commitment to standing as an ambassador to promote the values of the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo within the community as well as exhibit great horsemanship skills.
All applicants must be between the ages of 18-25 and be resident of the state of Texas as of January 1st of the application year.

What are the Benefits of Participating?
Serving the Rodeo community is an incredible opportunity and offers both internal fulfillment, but also upon completion of service, the selected ambassador(s) will be awarded a $10,000 scholarship to further their education.
