Greeter Programs

Join the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo as a Gate Greeter or Parking Greeter and play an important role in welcoming our guests. While helping support programs that benefit the youth of Texas, non-profit organizations and school groups can earn valuable fundraising dollars or community service hours.

Gate Greeters

• Welcome guests as they arrive at the fairgrounds
• Scan tickets and assist with guest entry at designated access points

Parking Greeters

• Direct vehicles within permit parking lots
• Assist guests in locating their assigned parking space in the Silver Lot

Make an Impact

• Represent your organization in a positive and professional manner
• Welcome our guests while helping create an outstanding Rodeo experience
• Earn valuable fundraising dollars for your organization while serving the community
• This is a great opportunity to engage with thousands of guests, gather customer service skills, and make a meaningful impact at the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo.

• $50 per 4-hour shift for your organization or 4 community service hours
• Complimentary fairgrounds admission on a different day
  • Passes are for personal use only and may not be sold, transferred, or resold.
• On-site training and support from professional staff and experienced volunteers
• A rewarding opportunity to engage with the community and support the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo
