About the Stampede 5K Run/Walk
SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 2, 2019
Get ready for a unique event opportunity for all! The San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo Stampede, a 5K run/walk, kicks off a full day of activities in beautiful downtown San Antonio. The Stampede takes place along the parade route for the annual Western Heritage Parade & Cattle Drive which features picturesque downtown, covering parts of Houston and Alamo streets along with Hemisfair Park. After partaking in the Stampede, you don’t want to miss the Chuck Wagon Breakfast, great entertainment at La Villita and the first ever Vaquero Cook-Off after the parade.

It's time to register yourself or your team to join us for this fun run/walk to help us celebrate our history and western culture! Proceeds benefit the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo Scholarship Fund.

All participants will receive the following:
- Swag bag
- Finisher Commemorative medal with detachable pin
- Fan favorite plush horns headgear

- Post-race adult beverages and sausage wraps

EARLY REGISTRATION (Ends Jan. 18, 2019)
Event FEES: No refunds
5K Run/Walk - $45
$35 for Kids under 12 years old (discount will be applied at time of registration)
1-Mile Walk $35
NO REFUNDS except as noted for teams.
Teams- minimum of 10 runners will get a $5 discount in both events. (once you reach 10 runners, you will receive a $5 refund).
LATE REGISTRATION (Ends Jan. 30, 2019 at 6 p.m.)
Event FEES: No refunds
5K Run/Walk - $55

1-Mile Walk $45

Event Awards:
- The overall male and female in the 5K will each receive a $300 Boot Barn Gift Certificate.
- Finishers will receive a commemorative medal with detachable pin.
