About the Junior Vaquero Cook-Off

Join us February 6, 2027 for our Junior Vaquero Cook-Off!

Teams of 2-5 people will test their cooking skills for a chance to win a scholarship. Teams will be competing in 3 categories:

1. Fideo Loco

2. Charro Beans

3. Cook's Choice

All participants must be enrolled in a high school program for the spring semester of 2027.

About the Young Guacamole Roundup

Join us February 6, 2027, for our Young Guacamole Roundup!

Young chefs will have the opportunity to show off their guacamole-making skills. This is a kid's cookoff, so all participants will need adult supervision, but the child must be responsible for prepping and seasoning their entry.
