Uncork and Unwind Wine Dinner

Please join us on Monday, March 21st to to celebrate post-Rodeo season with our Uncork & Unwind 4-Course Wine Pairing dinner at Stout’s Signatured located in the parking level of the Tobin Center in San Antonio. Our featured winery is A to Z Wineworks which will showcase our recent Best of Show White Wine, 2020 A to Z Pinot Gris! Chef Robert Santellanes will delight your taste buds with his paired signature dishes. Chef Santellanes graduated from Texas Culinary Academy in Austin, TX in 2008. Started his career as a cook in hotel restaurants and worked his way up to Executive Chef at Hotel Contessa. He joined ventures with the Stout’s family when the new location Stout’s Signature at Tobin Center opened during the summer 2021. His love for food started as a kid while helping his grandparents make fresh tortillas for breakfast and it continued to evolve throughout the years.
