This is an application to request Retail Booth space for the 2022 San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo BBQ Cook-Off & Festival, January 28-29, 2022. THIS APPLICATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE A BOOTH SPACE.

*Applications received after the deadline will be automatically placed on our waitlist.
Applicants will receive a written response indicating acceptance or refusal no later than January 5, 2022. Those accepted will receive a formal email invitation, basic rules, and a digital License Agreement via DocuSign.
A signed License Agreement and payment in full must be returned by January 14, 2022. Payments not made by the above dates will result in forfeiture of retail booth space and deposit.CONTACT INFORMATION:

Retail Vendors will be placed outside. Pricing starts at $250 for one 10x10 space, plus $100 for each additional 10x10 space. (i.e. 10x10 = $250 vs. 10x20 = $350).
Included with your booth fee:
- 20 Amp Duplex Outlet (2 plugs only)
- Basic Liability Insurance
- Security begining Thursday
- Pipe/drape/curtain of any kind
- Wifi, at this time
