2022 Retail Vendor Application

This is an application to request Retail Booth space for the 2022 San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo. For more information click here.

Returning Vendor Application Deadline: June 30, 2021*
New Vendor Application Deadline: July 30, 2021*
*Applications received after the deadline will be automatically placed on our waitlist.

Applicants will receive a written response indicating acceptance or refusal by September 1, 2021. Those accepted will receive a formal email invitation, basic rules, and digital License Agreement via DocuSign.
A signed License Agreement and 25% deposit must be returned by October 15, 2021; all remaining balances must be paid by December 8, 2021. Payments not made by the above dates will result in late fees and/or forfeiture of retail booth space and deposit.

Booth fee is inclusive of electrical (2 Plug 15 Amp Receptacle) and basic liability insurance.

I have read the 2022 Application Information which includes Booth Guidelines, Product Guidelines, and Cancellation Policy. By clicking below, I understand that this application does not guarantee a booth space and that the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo reserves the sole right to select vendors that they deem appropriate for the vendor mix on an annual basis.
