Terms & Conditions

I understand that if I am entering multiple teams, I must fill out this form for each team I am entering. This registration is good for one entry to the contest. Each team must purchase a minimum of one space.
I understand that spaces are non-transferrable and cannot be resold.
I understand that if I have a private gathering which requires a ticket or wristband for entry, I must employ a San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo police officer at $60/hour. For every 100 guests over 50, teams must employ an additional officer (minimum of 4 hours per officer). If notification is received after December 5, 2025, the rate will be $80/hour.
I understand that all sales are final.
