Retail Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest as a vendor at the 2020 San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo. Please read below for more on our application process.
1. The San Antonio Livestock Exposition, Inc (SALE), d/b/a San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo is an “Invitational Show”.
2. Returning vendors receive priority in placement as long as they are in good standing with the Show.
3. New vendors are reviewed and selected based upon space availability, product, and booth display.

Prior to completing the below information, please review the 2020 Application Information.

All companies selling products in the state of Texas are required to have a Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit. To obtain this permit, contact the State Comptroller's office at 1-800-252-5555 or visit: https://comptroller.texas.gov/taxes/sales/.

All fields marked with * are required to be filled out.

Basic Information

Name as it would appear in a vendor directory.

Please provide the name of the individual who will be conducting and handling all business operations prior to the start of the show.

If different from above, please provide the name of the individual who will be conducting and handling all on-site operations throughout the show.

Retail Booth Space

Indoor booth prices range from $17.00-$23.00/sq. ft. depending on location. Booths along Freeman Boulevard (Outside) and booths inside the Texas Wildlife Expo are priced at $11.00/sq. ft. All spaces are assigned based on availability.

Fees and Services

A mandatory fee of $250.00 per vendor will be applied to your total for electrical/cleaning (no exceptions). Each booth is limited to 500 watts. Requests for additional power may be submitted below. These requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to additional fees.

Insurance fee for basic liability coverage is included with booth rental.

Additional Information

Please provide a brief description of the type of device (i.e. square, etc) and quantity of devices you will be using to process transactions at our show. (This information is strictly for planning purposes)

I have read the 2020 Application Information which includes Booth Guidelines, Product Guidelines, and Cancellation Policy.
