The San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo provides a unique, festive alternative to the typical corporate and social gathering places. We are able to host and accommodate large or small groups including professional organizations, club meetings, alumni groups, church groups, family reunions, staff celebrations, special events, birthday and/or retirement parties.

When customizing group packages, you have the option to select from the following amenities:

• rodeo tickets - includes admission to the grounds, rodeo, concert (featuring nationally known performers)   
• meeting facilities on the grounds (subject to availability)
• catering with customizable menus for brunch, lunch or dinner
• authentic chuck wagon meals (see description below)

The Chuck Wagons provide one of the Stock Show & Rodeo's favorite and most unique catering opportunities. The chuck wagons are located on the grounds near the Family Fair area.  Travel back in time and enjoy an authentic and savory, home-cooked meal prepared over an open fire. Chuck Wagon meals are served outside, around the chuck wagons, unless inclement weather moves dining under cover.  Chuck Wagon meals consist of a main dish, vegetables, bread, dessert and beverage. Menu prices are inclusive of tax and gratuity. Come and experience the "Old West" at the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo!
