Welcome to Alamo City!

The Rodeo Contestant Hospitality Committee extends a Texas-sized welcome to all PRCA and WPRA contestants!   Our goal is to try to make you feel at home.

We hope you enjoy the amenities we have arranged for you and your immediate family, both inside and outside the Hospitality Room.  If there's anything else you need during your visit, please just ask one of our volunteers in the Hospitality Room.  We understand your stay with us is about more than an 8 second ride.  

For your convenience, we have added computers with internet access free of charge to rodeo contestants in the Rodeo Hospitality Room.

Location:

Cattle Barn #1, in the southwest corner facing the AT&T Center (Grounds Map)

Hours:

Monday thru Thursday - 5:00 p.m. till 11:00 p.m.
Friday - 5:00 p.m. till 11:30 p.m.
Saturday -  11:00 a.m. continuous until 12:00 a.m.
Sunday - 11:00 a.m. continuous until 11:00 p.m. with the exception of the first Sunday 11:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m.

Amenities

Computers with internet access
Hot meals and refreshments are provided each day of the rodeo, free of charge, by sponsors.
Watch a live feed of each performance from the comfort of the Hospitality Room.
Play cards, dominoes, or games with buddies or your kids. 
Watch TV or a video and put up your boots for a while. 
Kids have their own area to play.

Sign autographs during a special session after each performance.  This is a great opportunity for you to meet the fans that come to see you ride.  Sign-up in the hospitality room.   Contestants are encouraged to  meet fans at the Star Experience

Required for Entrance:

You must show a current San Antonio back number along with a photo ID to enter the Hospitality Room.  Your family members must register and then show a Photo ID.  NO COMPANION PASSES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
You and your immediate family are always welcome in the Hospitality Room.
