Junior Market Broiler Show

Pens of three broilers (6-13 week old chickens raised for meat production) are on display during the Junior Market Broiler Show.  These Texas 4H and FFA exhibitors are well versed in poultry production and are challenged with showing a pen of birds that have uniformity and meet the current demands of the poultry industry.  Broiler exhibitors are competing for the opportunity to earn a spot in the Junior Livestock Auction.
