Junior Dairy Cattle Show

Three prominent dairy breeds, Brown Swiss, Holstein, and Jersey, are highlighted during the Junior Dairy Show by Texas 4H and FFA exhibitors.  Cattle exhibited range in age from calves to cows that are already in production.  Judges will focus primarily on udder quality and structural correctness along with other important physical traits.  Included in the Junior Dairy Show is a showmanship competition where exhibitors are judged on their showing and fitting abilities.
