The San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo Cowgirls Live Forever Luncheon was held on Thursday, January 19th at the historic Pearl Stables in San Antonio, Texas. Since its inception six years ago, the Cowgirls Live Forever Style Show has awarded over $620,000 in scholarships. This profound giving would not be possible without the contributions of sponsors and donors of the event who avidly support the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo's mission, "A volunteer organization that emphasizes agriculture and education to develop the youth of Texas."

The honoree of the Cowgirls Live Forever Style Show & Luncheon  is chosen based on their independence, courage and resilience as a woman whose life exemplifies all the characteristics that preserve our Western heritage and helps shape Texas agriculture and the youth of Texas. Their profound impact on their immediate surroundings and community, along with generations before and after them, provides the foundation for their selection as a San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo Cowgirls Live Forever Style Show honoree.
