Guests were invited to "Swing under the Texas Stars" at this year's annual Go Rodeo Roundup which was held on October 27, 2007 in the Morris Activity Center. With over 2,500 in attendance, there was a lot of activity as guests either shopped the Silent Auction or Raffle area and dined throughout the evening on the fabulous food items which were provided by Black Tie Affairs Catering. Several active military personnel were in attendance, and we were all reminded how precious our freedom is while listening to God Bless America, sung by The Almost Patsy Cline Band. As if entertainment by featured entertainer Steve Wariner were not enough, guests were also treated to the music of Lucky Tubb who entertained throughout the evening on Freeman Boulevard. This year proved to be the most successful fundraising effort in the committee's history, thanks to the continued support of so many.
